If you are not eligible, you cannot file this form, and you must apply for a fee waiver. You cannot waive an immigration fee for processing a visa application by filing a Form I-912. Payment for a fee waiver for only one service is subject to the same service fee conditions as fee waiver eligibility. If you believe you are ineligible for a fee waiver, please be sure to submit a Fee Waiver Form to unctuous.gov with all required documentation so that an official USCIS determination can be made.
